Refund Policy & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we hope you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we are happy to provide you with an exchange, simply follow the steps below. Please note we offer exchanges only and do not provide refunds, also for hygiene purposes we are unable to offer exchanges on earrings.

  • Exchanges must be notified to us within 1 week of receiving your item.

  • Contact us using our Contact form and include 'Exchange' in the subject, we will then reply to you directly with further steps.

  • Please return your item to us unworn in its original condition within 14 days.

  • Customers are liable for any postage costs in returning items to us.

  • All replacement items will be sent out to you within 2 working days of receiving your item for exchange.

  • Please note if customers wish to exchange their item for a more expensive item, they will need to pay the difference. In cases where an item is being exchanged for a cheaper item, we will provide a code for the remaining value to be redeemed against future purchases.


We pride ourselves on providing customers with quality pieces and check all of our pieces prior to dispatching. However if your item is damaged in transit or you identify a manufacturing issue please contact us.

  • We will require an image of the damaged item, please email this to

  • Faulty items must be notified to us within 1 week of receiving your order.

  • Once your exchange has been approved, the faulty item will need to be returned to us and your replacement item will be dispatched within 2 working days.
