Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we hope you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return this to us by simply following the steps below.

Please note we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges on personalised items. Also for hygiene purposes we are unable to offer refunds /exchanges on earrings even if they are unworn / unopened.

  • Returns must be notified to us within 7 days of receiving your order. If after this period we can only offer you a gift card for the amount. 
  • Contact us using our Contact form or via email customerservice@jewelsbyhouseofaria.com

  • Please return your item to us unworn in its original condition within 14 days.

  • Customers are liable for any postage costs in returning items to us. 

  • We do not offer refunds for any postage costs paid at the time of ordering. 
  • We will contact you via email once we receive your package. 
  • Refunds / gift cards will be issued within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your package. 

 

We pride ourselves on providing customers with quality pieces and check all orders prior to dispatching. However if your item is damaged in transit please contact us.
  • Please email us with an image of the damaged item to customerservice@jewelsbyhouseofaria.com
  • Faulty items must be notified to us within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period will be entitled to a replacement / gift card only. 
  • We can not accept faulty claims for orders after 1 month. 
  • We will provide a pre paid label for your item to be returned to us and a replacement item will be dispatched to you.
