Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we hope you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return this to us by simply following the steps below.
Please note we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges on earrings due to hygiene purposes even if they are said to be unworn / unopened. We also are unable to offer returns/exchanges on personalised items.
Returns must be notified to us within 7 days of receiving your order. If after this period we can only offer you a gift card for the amount.

Please return your item to us unworn in its original condition within 14 days.
- Please do not remove the tag and tie unless you are keeping the item.
- Necklaces must be returned with the tie and tag still attached to qualify for a return, if returned without this they will be returned to you.
- We will refuse refunds on any necklaces where tag or ties have been adjusted or tampered with.
- Customers are liable for any postage costs in returning items to us.
We do not offer refunds for any postage costs paid at the time of ordering.
We will contact you via email once we receive your package.
Refunds / gift cards will be issued within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your package.
- As earrings are non refundable, if returned to us without consent, they will be posted back to you and delivery costs will be deducted.
- Please email us with an image of the damaged item to email@example.com
- Faulty items must be notified to us within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period will be entitled to a replacement / gift card only.
- We can not accept faulty claims for orders after 1 month.
- We will provide a pre paid label for your item to be returned to us and a replacement item will be dispatched to you.
